Baby steps through first part of the day as she was able to make it to the bathroom. She was still dealing with dizzy spells, but was definitely improving. Late this afternoon around 2:30pm we started making strides. She ate a really healthy portion of her lunch and made it to the bathroom again (this is actually a big deal). Hi there! It’s me again, here with an update on Wonder Woman. She fought the evil Dr. Cancer valiantly. Together with her super hero team of doctors they were able to annihilate the evil Dr. Cancer and send a message to the world that cancer will be defeated. Guess who?! Yep, it’s Matt again here with another update – the surgery is complete! The second surgeon just came out to say everything is finished and went very well. She is in recovery for about an hour and will be moved to a room once cleared. Things look really good. The journey continues. Thank for the continued prayers. We won’t have any pathology reports back for a week. At that time we will have a better understanding of the next steps. the big prayer right now is for no additional lymph nodes to have cancer.
