Well, we’re trucking right along kicking some chemo butt. There’s just a few minor developments in the last few weeks to update you on, but nothing major…which is a good thing! First, my last chemo treatment is now December 28, not Dec 21 (I didn’t account for skipping a week at Thanksgiving). Which is a bummer because I was excited to be finished by Christmas. But now the new motto is “out with 2018, out with chemo!”. Plus, I’ll get a one-week break from treatments for Turkey…
I was so excited to finish my 5k last Saturday, I only celebrated by posting into Facebook and I forgot to post it here! So for those who follow on CB only, I did actually survive the race and it was awesome! I finished in 40:09 but more importantly I ran the whole thing without stopping! It was an awesome accomplishment and I’m already looking forward to the next one! #chemoshmemo…
